Interests & Hobbies

  • Reading -Fiction, History, Mystery, and even the occasional Autobiography
  • Music -You'll find me listening to anything from Muse to ZZ Top to Big Boi to Waylon Jennings to some lo-fi. Music is my soul medicine.
  • Aviation -The first time I went through a C-130 military aircraft as a young child, I was hooked. After high school, I attended Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics to pursue this passion. I was even lucky enough to work for the Allegheny County Airport while attending school.
  • Medicine -I worked in EMS for 9 years and in an Emergency Department for another 3. Helping people and solving problems is in my blood.
  • Social Services - Like I said earlier, I enjoy helping others and solving problems. No one should ever have to fight uphill battles alone.
  • Making others laugh and feel good -I live for this. This. This right here is what helps me sleep at night. What makes me feel good. What pushes my darkness back.
  • Trying to be a good human -Good is good, but I want to continue to push myself to be better. I'm not competing with anyone else; I'm just trying to be a better person than I was yesterday.
